We currently ship Australia-wide, including metro and regional areas. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping via our website. If you wanna get some, hit us up! The more appetite we get, the easier it is for us to tell the big boss to get us out and about!

We’ve just refreshed our shipping rates to keep things fair, simple, and as low as possible (because no one likes paying more for shipping). Here’s how it works:

VIC WIDE (lucky you, our warehouse's home state) - FREE SHIPPING.

Metro Areas (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide) - $10

Regional and all other areas - $20.

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, no surprises, no weird maths.

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch: Metro: 2–5 business days.

Regional: 3–8 business days.

Remote: 5–12 business days.

Technically, that's your bad...But can see why you need some Shine! If the parcel has been dispatched, theres not much else we can do, you can attempt to contact the courier. Otherwise, if the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Bigger orders get split into multiple cartons to keep everything safe in transit. Our couriers also sometimes book each case as an individual parcel (we don’t fully control this), which means: 1. cases may ship separately 2. tracking may show multiple parcels 3. deliveries can arrive on different days. Totally normal — your full order is on the way.

Usually no, due to food safety regulations, we generally don’t require beverage products to be returned. If we do need a return in rare cases, we’ll provide instructions.

Taste is personal, so we’re unable to offer refunds or returns for flavour preference. A good way to figure out what you like is with one of our MIXED CASES. If something tastes off or faulty, please contact us, that’s different and we’ll absolutely investigate.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Shine subscriptions let you set up regular deliveries of your favourite drinks at your chosen frequency, so you never run out (or have to remember to reorder). You can choose your products, delivery schedule, and manage everything anytime through your subscription portal.

Shine subscriptions come with exclusive ongoing savings, so there are a couple of simple terms:

1. Subscription discounts can’t be combined with other codes
2. Subscriptions require a minimum of 2 deliveries
3. The first 2 orders can’t be paused, skipped, or cancelled, after that, you’re free to manage your schedule anytime.

It’s all designed to keep subscription pricing better for our regulars.

Subscribers receive 10% off each CASE on every recurring order. That means proper savings for you from day one.

You can manage your Shine subscription anytime via the subscription portal. From there you can:

  • Change delivery dates
  • Swap products
  • Skip an order
  • Pause
  • Cancel

Log into your subscription portal and select Skip on the upcoming order.
This moves your next delivery to the following cycle without cancelling your subscription, perfect if you are travelling, budgeting for the end of month or if you have plenty of Shine to already drink (and don't want to lose your benefits).

Of course! Nothing like a bit of variety, you can edit the products in your subscription anytime in the portal.

A pause just means you are taking a bit more of an extended break, you can pause for a couple weeks and come back when you are ready. A lot easier than cancelling and setting up again at a later date!

You’re charged automatically on the day your subscription renews (based on your delivery schedule).
