SHINE RETURN POLICY

Returns & Order Issues
We take a lot of care in packing and sending your Shine. Due to food safety standards, beverage products are generally not eligible for return once delivered. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll absolutely work with you to make it right.

Change of mind
We’re unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds for:
  • Change of mind
  • Flavour preference
  • ncorrect selection made at checkout
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to cancel it. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

  • Order number
  • Name on order
  • Delivery address
  • Photos of the issue (including outer carton and product)
We will assess and organise a replacement, credit or refund where appropriate.

Faulty or off-quality product
If you believe a product is faulty, contaminated or not of acceptable quality (not simply taste preference), please contact us with details and photos. We take product quality seriously and will investigate all reports in line with our quality assurance processes and Australian Consumer Law.

Do I need to return the product?
Usually no. For food safety reasons, beverage products generally do not need to be returned. If a return is required in rare cases, we will provide instructions.
If a return is requested, products must:
  • Be unopened
  • Be in original condition
  • Be stored appropriately prior to return

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow **3–10 business days** for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery responsibility
We are responsible for your order until it is marked delivered by the carrier. Once delivery is confirmed to the address provided at checkout, Shine is not liable for:
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Unattended deliveries
  • Theft after delivery
  • Delivery instructions requesting safe-drop
Please ensure shipping details are correct and delivery locations are secure.

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
