Tayla balances thinking, feeling and doing better by not worrying about the things that are out of her control and focusing on the things that are. This mentality has allowed Tayla to achieve an enormous amount both professionally and personally including a career change from professional walking to steeplechase.

Tayla is hungry, she doesn't allow the speed bumps in life to get in her way, instead, she approaches every situation with a win or learn mentality. Some of Tayla's professional achievements include competing on the world stage as a junior.

Maddie Coates is an Australian sprinter and athlete. She competed in the women's 4 × 100 metres relay event at the 2019 World Athletics Championships. Some of Maddie’s professional achievements include the 2019-Doha World Championships (4x100m relay) and the 2019-Yokohama World Relays (4x100m).

Honesty, kindness, respect, balance, compassion and happiness are all values which Maddie feels strongly about and is always motivated and excited to create new relationships with people who like Maddie are aiming to hustle better everyday.
