I have a high caffeine tolerance so I tried 2 a day a few times but it makes my stomach upset that's about it so don't do that. Good ingredients, they should work on getting that health rating up by getting rid of or adding something to make it healthier. Better than any energy drink out there ingredients wise. Yuzu lemonade my favorite flavor
